Bath Nation accepts payment in the form of MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Money Order. Payment is due in full at the time of order submission. Orders paid for by Money Order will be shipped once the Money Order has cleared.

Any credit card information that is transmitted via our website is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Our website is also fully interfaced with PayPal so that, upon check out, customers who have selected the PayPal payment option will be automatically directed to PayPal's secure website in order to complete their transaction.
Shipping and Handling
Bath Nation ships all domestic orders via FedEx Home Delivery (for residences) or FedEx Ground (for commercial address). Your order will be assigned a tracking number and you can check the status of your package by logging in to your account, clicking on the "Order History" button in the customer area and clicking on the order.For international orders USPS Airmail, International Priority, and FedEx are options.
Damaged shipments should be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery; all damaged products will be replaced or credited at no expense to the recipient.
We will try our best to send orders out 3-5 business days after receiving them. This time frame excludes special promotions or sales. The holiday season is especially busy and may result in longer turn around times. All emails regarding placed orders will be returned within the next business day.
For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, or orders that use a free shipping coupon, we reserve the right to ship with the carrier and service of our choice.
All international orders must be properly labeled and all items inside and their values correctly identified by us. Some countries will charge you duty based on the amount of your order. This charge is solely the responsibility of the customer. The duty charge is kept by your government's taxation bureau.
All orders placed from within the state of Colorado will have Colorado Sales Tax (4.6%) added to each order.
Returns and Exchanges
Bath Nation is committed to offering its customers the best skincare products available. We will refund the purchase price of any unopened product with which you are not completely satisfied if it is returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date. Exchanges and/or store credits may also be available to qualified customers. Please contact us to arrange for your refund or exchange prior to returning any merchandise.
